The amazing and talented Romina Arena has overcome adversity to become a true Star the world over. At the tender age of fifteen she suffered a vicious attack at the hand of a jealous Entertainer in Italy having her throat cut and vocal cords severed, rendering her comatose for more than 18 months. Romina with true determination not only survived the attack, but also completely recovered to become a European Superstar with a five octave vocal range.

Romina’s musical talents and abilities have long been known to music industry leaders worldwide and most recently in the US market. Her voice has inspired many of our top industry producers to be involved in her latest projects.

* Performing at The White House for President Clinton and the First Family.

* Conquering the Great White Way by performing the leading role in Evita, a new production of the famous broadway musical.

* Signing with Design House/EMI Toshiba Records in Japan, toured the country and released an album that included the single, “Suburu”, which went to Number 1 in Japan and gave Romina her second Gold Record.

* Recording the famous Lionel Richie’s STUCK ON YOU, which allowed Romina to meet Lionel and obtain major radio airplay.

Music has been the vibration of her life since she was just a child. Romina was a Mouseketeer for the Disney’s Mickey Mouse club in Italy, and performed as a classical ballerina in the major Italian theatres at the tender age of seven.

Romina continues to write music for film soundtracks, TV shows and recently placed the song “Satellite” as the theme song for a video game developed by Microsoft. She is currently working on her personal autobiography about her life story, which will also be made into a major motion picture and is in development of several other movie and television projects.

When time allows in Romina’s busy schedule, she loves to perform her concerts for the Italian–American community here in the USA and receives enthusiastic support from all of her fans worldwide. She has become one of the most successful music artists not only in her native country Italy, but also throughout Europe, Australia and Japan.

She is an energetic 28 years old brunette from Italy, who became very successful as a singer, songwriter, composer and performer throughout Europe, Australia and Japan and now in US. Her voice has been described as pop classical and has been compared to a female Josh Groban or Andrea Bocelli . . Romina’s wonderful talent in scoring movies and placing songs in major motion picture soundtracks and TV shows, have made her in high demand in the film market as well.

Romina began her career at the age of 4 as a Mousketeer for the Mickey Mouse club (the Italian version, called Topolino). Since then, she has toured the world, and has the tremendous support of the Italian community. The last concert she performed in Boston, attracted 250,000 Italian Americans. She has performed in Sydney Australia at the famous OPERAHOUSE for thousands of fans. She has also opened for major stars and collaborated with Andrea Bocelli, Lionel Richie, Al Martino and many more. Recently she performed as the opening act at the Celine Dion stage, the COLISSEUM, at Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas, obtaining a standing ovation from 4,000 people. . Romina has recently received a gold record for her musical successes across the world. She has also made the cover of many famous magazines and newspapers around the world.

Romina is currently working on her American release. Her new CD, due to release in the US, is full of melody. She sings in nine different languages, but because her music is so evocative and passionate, it speaks to people's hearts. She is unlike Andrea Bocelli, Sarah Brightman and Josh Groban, in that she appeals to a younger crowd, but she has the classical depth and richness to her voice that appeals to older audiences as well.
